Moped: 16 years old

CBT Course Requirements
You need to have the UK driving or provisional (with Category A entitlement)
Or a Full EU licence with the UK counterpart licence number
Be able to read a registration plate from 20.5 meters
Wear suitable clothing including strong thick Trousers like jeans and boots (strong trainers)No Shorts or open shoes allowed
Speak and understand the English language to a good level
Have a good knowledge of the highway code
Minimum experience to be able to ride a bicycle
Age 16 Ride a 50cc moped (geared or automatic)
Age 17+ Ride a 125cc learner bike (geared or automatic)
CBT COURSE DISCLAIMER
By accepting our terms and conditions you confirm that after completing element C during your CBT course you will proceed with the “on-road” element E only if you feel sufficiently competent to conduct the training in the prevailing weather conditions at the time and that the motorcycle you ride is suitable for you to use for this purpose.
Any damage to any vehicle, such as punctures, parking fines, fixed penalty fines etc. are the sole responsibility of the rider up to £ 500, whilst the machine is used for training purposes.

Note: Its the student responsibility to present the required valid documents when attending the motorcycle training and tests MOD1 / MOD2
Failing to provide the correct documents will result in losing the test fees and/or training day
Motorcycle Training London LTD reserves the right to modify or withdraw any product from the range without notice. All prices are correct at the time of posting and are subject to alteration without notice.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
CBT / ITM / GEAR CONVERSION / PRIVATE MOTORCYCLING COURSES:
If you wish to cancel your course for any reason, you MUST provide to Motorcycle Training London LTD with a minimum of 3 (three) full working days’ written notice before the start of your course. Cancellations made after or within 3 (three) full working days will result in the loss of your entire paid fees and no refund will be made or will be possible. To avoid doubt working days are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6 pm.
FULL MOTORCYCLE LICENCE COURSES – A1 / A2 / A (DAS)
If you wish to cancel your course for any reason, you MUST provide a minimum of 14 (fourteen) full working days’ written notice before the start of your course. Cancellations made after or within 14 full working days will result in the loss of your entire paid fees and no refund will be made or will be possible. To avoid doubt working days are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6 pm.
All cancellations must be made by email directly to IPASS at email@example.com. We DO NOT accept voicemail or text messages as notification of cancellations or any other form of indirect contact including at our registered office address.
CANCELLATION DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Motorcycle Training London LTD may cancel or change your training course due to adverse weather conditions that make the training unsafe to proceed or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Prior notification will be given to the client as soon as possible. We endeavour to do this prior the start of the course; however, depending on the circumstances this may not be possible.
When Training is cancelled by us It will be re-booked at no extra charge, no refund will be offered
On rare occasions, the DVSA has to cancel Motorcycle tests for different reasons such as unavailability of examiners, industrial action or poor weather conditions.
When Motorcycle Training London LTD has absolutely no control over the reason of the cancellation The company will not be liable in any way.
Motorcycle Training London LTD will make every effort on your behalf to re-arrange your training to fit an alternative test date for an additional charge and cannot be responsible for the inconvenience caused to you by the actions of any external events.
Motorcycle Training London LTD takes very seriously any kind of complains. Please report any complaint to a member of staff on the day who will try to resolve it immediately or If a formal complaint needs to be made we will take this very seriously, and the the client should contact a senior member and/or write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER
Motorcycle Training London LTD makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Motorcycle Training London LTDare working towards MCIAC Accreditation which will enable us to demonstrate that we offer high levels of customer service as well as providing the high-quality rider training.
You will receive a survey from the MCIAC to ask about your experience, this will just take a few minutes to complete, and we would be very grateful if you could take the time to tell them how you felt about the training you received from us.
Your feedback is collected by MCIAC and fed back to us. Personal data collected on this form will only be used for the MCIAC Quality Assurance. No data will be shared with any 3rd parties.
Destruction of Personal Data
Motorcycle Training London LTD will be holding personal data for up to 2 years from the day the data were collected/processed.
Personal data stored by us will be destroyed within 2 years as follow:
Digital data such as calendar entry from Reservio, merchant company services such as Sage, Stripe, PayPal, etc will be deleted manually by IPASS Team within 2 years from collection.
Paper documents containing any customer personal data will be shredded and disposed of in the confidential waste.
