WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
We collect information about you when you use our website or when you contact us. This might include, for example, your name, address, email address, telephone number, home address, driving licence, Motorcycle theory test certificate, CBT Certificate and country of residence. We may also collect information about your computer or device, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration purposes.
HOW WILL WE USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
We collect and keep personal information about you digitally or on paper (such as CBT certificates)so that you can receive the services which you have requested or for which you have subscribed and, if you agree, so that we can e-mail you information about us and our products and services which may be of interest to you. We may also use this information to personalize or enhance your browser experience. We will retain your personal information for a maximum of 2 years, to allow us to issue CBT duplicates if required and to contact you prior your CBT certificate expires.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal data in the following circumstances:
to our professional advisers (for example, our auditors, legal advisers, public relations advisers and nominated adviser), but always taking safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your personal information.

where we are otherwise required to do so by law.
We may, from time to time, like to send you information by email or text about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. Where we email you with information about our products and services, we can always contact us to tell us that you do not want to receive any further information from us about our products and services. If you have requested information from us and subsequently change your mind, you can email us at and we will make a note not to send you any more of this information.

Motorcycle Training London LTD is working towards MCIAC Accreditation which will enable us to demonstrate that we offer high levels of customer service as well as providing high quality rider training.
You may receive a survey from the MCIAC and a review request from Trustpilot to ask about your experience, this will just take a few minutes to complete, and we would be very grateful if you could take the time to tell them how you felt about the training you received from us.

Destruction of Personal Data
Motorcycle Training London LTD will be holding personal data for up to 2 years from the day the data were collected/processed.
Personal data stored by us will be destroyed within 2 years as follow:
Digital data such as calendar entry from Reservio, merchant company services such as Sage, PayPal, Stripe etc will be deleted manually by IPASS Team within 2 years from the collection or using a data shredding software when required
Paper documents containing any customer personal data will be shredded and disposed of in confidential waste.
